Doing well with food choices! I ran yesterday, and was supposed to run again today, but I think I may have pulled a groin muscle, so I am postponing until tomorrow!
Doing great. Following my Weight Watcher points, and gone to gym everyday. Yesterday, I worked out with my trainer, but wanted to go back for cardio in the evening. That didn't happen, but I will get my cardio on tonight, as I have to travel tomorrow and we have company for the weekend and I am not sure who that is going to effect weight loss!!!
