This weeks mini challenge: 12 minutes of Planks - you do not have to do all 12 mins at once, until you want to. Just 12 minutes total between now and next weigh-in. And if you want to challenge yourself to do more, go for it!
I've never really done a plank before. But I'll take the challenge. I'm gonna try to get all 12 minutes in!
